You just can't get to a point of completion without people helping us on the way.  At this time, we would like to thank the following people for their herd work, persistance when we could'nt be there, their ingenuity, and their generous donation of time, and resources.

Mr. Dan Bedore--Lockheed

Dan helped so much in design, construction, troubleshooting electronics, and team dynamics.  Dan fabricated the entire building of the RACK, so that we would have a properly scaled game arena to practice in.

A former judge, Dan has given us the insight to be ready for the difficult questions, to be able to speak intelligently, and to analyze and problem, never giving up until a solution is found.  We do appreciate all of the time Dan devoted to our team.  Thank you so much for everything that you did on our behalf.

Christopher and Donovan

Donovan, a machining expert at Kimberly Clark, used the designs we submitted to fabricate the frame used on the robot, the ramp mechanism, and the shelf mechanism.  Panthera definately got a make-over when Onovan went to work.  The sleek design, the detail, and the committment to allow us the modify the design, allowed us to finish the build season on time.  Thank you again!!! We couldn't have done it without you.

The Impact of Kimberly Clark on D. M. Therrell Team 1845

When Kimberly Clakr offered to provide assistance to our team, we didn't know how much of a positive impact their presence and generosity helped to guide us through the build cycle.  Mr. Lenox Wilson, an engineer at Kimberly Clark, set aside valuable time to assist the team in putting everything together, organizing the fabircation of the frame, introducing us, guiding us, and being there for every important step.  While some students needed to work, and to study, Lenox travelex over one hour each way to bring us what we needed so that we could make our deadlines.  Kimberly Clark's donation to our team has let us know that there is someone that will be on our side, showing all of the support that they can, for a small 2nd year team.  THANK YOU!!!

Jason

Finally, I would like to thank Jason, who has been with us since our rookie season.  He has donated his time in every area of the build process, and has shown us the meaning of dedication by always being available for questions, suggestions, dry comedy at times, and shows  the patience needed for a volunteer to work with our team. No words can ever explain how grateful Team 1845 is for all of the hard work that Jason put in. Thank you from everyone on Team 1845!!

There is no way that we can forget about the people who mentored us, and then devoted their time to assist additional teams.  We are very grateful to those mentors who began the build syscle with us, and seeing that we could go on, set off to help other teams who were not so fortunate.
